Sales Executive — USA Market

One T Digitals is looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to handle client acquisition for the USA market. The role involves prospecting, cold outreach, discovery calls, consistent follow-ups, and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. This is a full-time, on-site night-shift position from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

Generate qualified leads from the USA market Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting Communicate professionally with international prospects Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions Schedule and conduct discovery and sales calls Present One T Digitals’ services and packages Prepare proposals and follow up consistently with prospects Handle objections and negotiate with potential clients Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records Meet weekly and monthly sales targets Coordinate with the operations team after closing clients Build long-term relationships with international clients

1–2 years of sales, business development or client acquisition experience Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable working from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Confidence in cold calling international prospects Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills Understanding of digital marketing, websites and social media advertising Good follow-up and relationship-building skills Target-driven and able to work independently Experience dealing with USA-based clients will be preferred Digital marketing agency experience will be an advantage
